Tapping a crisis resource link may direct you outside of LunaVida to a third party (e.g., a phone dialer or external website); their own privacy practices will apply once you leave our Services. These resources are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.


4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal or health information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

You may delete specific entries at any time in-app. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal and health data within [30/60/90] days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah).

8.2 Washington and Nevada — Consumer Health Data

Because LunaVida processes reproductive/menstrual, mental health, and menopause-related data, we treat this information as “consumer health data” under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law. In these states (and as a general practice for all users), we:
